Sign-in happens with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your device and email secure, and for every activity that happens on your account.

The information you provide must be accurate. We may suspend an account if we suspect fraud, content misuse, or harm to other learners.

Buying a course or diploma grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content on the platform, not ownership of it.

Downloading, republishing, selling or sharing the content or your sign-in details, or using external recording tools, is prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A subscription unlocks available content for its term and renews automatically until you stop renewal from the subscription page.

Plan prices are shown in the currency for your region and may differ between regions. Each new period starts on the renewal date.

Payments go through approved payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

If a payment fails we may grant a short grace period before access stops, and we will notify you by email.

Certificates are issued after the completion and exam conditions for each programme are met. A certificate is verifiable by its serial number and may not be edited or reissued under another name.

We may cancel a certificate if results tampering or identity impersonation is proven, with an appeal route through support.

You keep the rights to what you post in forums or notes, and grant us a licence to display it on the platform and operate its features. You are responsible for not infringing the rights of others.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced before they take effect, and continued use afterwards means you accept the updated version.
