Do I need a card to start?
No. You can browse the platform and attend free lessons without an account. You only need one to save progress or buy something.
How does sign-in work without a password?
You enter your email and we send a 6-digit code valid for 10 minutes. No password means nothing to steal. You can trust a device for 30 days to reduce how often you need a code.
What is the difference between a course and a diploma?
A course is one unit around a skill or topic. A diploma is an ordered set of courses that gives you a complete path, with exams and a diploma certificate once you meet the conditions.
Does a subscription unlock everything?
It unlocks every course, diploma and digital book for the length of the subscription, including new content. A diploma certificate still depends on passing its courses' exams.
When do I get my certificate?
A completion certificate is available at 90% lesson completion with a complete profile. An accredited certificate needs 95% completion and at least 70% on the final exam.
Can I watch lessons offline?
Offline downloads are available in supported apps and for subscribers, within fair-use limits. On the web the player needs a connection.
How do I verify a certificate?
On the verification page, enter the serial number printed on the certificate. It shows the status, holder name, programme title and issue date, without contact details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the refund policy: 14 days and under 30% watched for courses, with exceptions for accredited certificates and opened digital books.
